Mentor is a quarterly digital anthology that is written by Medic Mentor applying students, Medical School Scholars, Chief Mentors and outstanding qualified doctors, allied healthcare professionals and dentists. It will cover the latest wider reading in the medical, allied healthcare and dentistry professions and the ‘One Health’ approach that unites these healthcare disciplines. We will also publish the winner of the national essay competition for applying students in Mentor and will publish the winning artwork entry on the front cover.
In between each of the quarterly publications, we will release our monthly miniMentor supplement magazine online. This is a smaller publication written by applying students. It is an opportunity for students to publish their original work and to share reflections, experiences and feelings to inspire wider-reading and insights during the application process. Contributors of miniMentor will receive mentoring and support from our editorial team to prepare articles for publication.
Your subscription is included on the Silver, Gold and Platinum Pathways, and you will be sent a digital magazine monthly!
Did you know that over 93% of our summer school students get at least 1 medical, dental or vet school offer?
"I love Medic Mentor and everything they have helped me to achieve! I first found them in February 2020 when I attended the GIM conference. Since then, my journey with Medic Mentor hasn't stopped. I attended the Summer school in my Year 12 summer which was an invaluable experience. It is such great value for money, the summer school is not just a week long. There is continued mentoring throughout Year 13, until you get into Medical School. I would not be a second year medical student without them and I cannot recommend MM enough!"
GRACE trustpilot review
"Medic Mentor has been an such a vital part of growing my confidence as an applying student and now as an applying student. They do everything they can to support you including mock interviews and virtual work experience.
They have students at the heart of what they do and I am very grateful for what they've helped me achieve!"
